Multi-talented entrepreneur, fashionista and model Kimora Lee Simmons is taking another stab at selling her Beverly Hills, CA home. Simmons, the one-time wife of Def Jam mogul Russell Simmons and current ball and chain to actor/model Djimon Housou, previously tried to offload the property back in 2010, asking $5.395 million at the time. She has now re-listed it for $4.65 million, or $1.25 million less than what she originally paid for the Tudor-style estate in 2007.
Simmons? 5,923-square-foot property can be found within a private, gated and guarded celebrity community that Jessica Simpson, Guy Oseary, Tom Freston and Andrew Vajna have all called home at one time or another. Built in 1974 and extensively remodeled in recent years, it offers six bedrooms, including a master suite with a fireplace, sitting and office area, and a giant walk-in closet, and a total of eight bathrooms. The home opens to a two-story formal entry, while other luxe highlights include dark hardwood flooring, recessed lighting and exposed beam ceilings. Also found on the more than half-acre grounds are a sprawling green lawns, pool, gazebo and an outdoor fireplace.
The listing is presented by Juliette Hohnen of Teles Properties.
