International design consultancy i-am associates seeks junior interior designers and is also offering an interior design internship at its London studio.

We specialise in branding and interior design within the hospitality, retail and financial sectors and currently hiring for positions at junior and internship levels. You?ll have the chance to work alongside fantastic designers, in our inspiring and sociable London studio in a hart of Shoreditch.

Junior interior designer

One year+ experience in the retail and/or restaurant sector.

You should be able to assist the interior design of a project conceptually, design development and manage the client requirements for the creative director or senior designer. You are required to demonstrate detailing and specification knowledge when producing a design development package, and confident working in a team and individually. You must be highly creative whilst able to manage deadlines set by clients and those directing a project. Verbal communication with clients and contractors must be demonstrated at a good level. You must be fluent in Vectorworks, Photoshop, InDesign, Cinema 4D and demonstrate proficiency in hand sketching.

Internship interior designer

An internship for a creative and ambitious designer who is keen to make their first steps into a design career. The individual must demonstrate enthusiasm and assist the design team where needed. Skills in Vectorworks, Photoshop and hand sketching are a bonus.
