Due to an increase in work load we are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator/Resoucer to join our busy Exeter office.
Established in 1999 we are based in prestigious Southernhay area and have built an impressive reputation and track record supplying staff to leading businesses in the region.
As an Recruitment Resourcer you will provide support to the branch with all administration and resourcing duties which will include:
- Providing administrative support to recruitment consultants and the branch
- Registering and sourcing candidates
- Liaising with job centres and other third party links
- Maximising the use of on-line recruitment resources, such as, job boards and company website
- Managing advertising and marketing campaigns
- Matching candidates to client requirements
-Chasing references and liaising with clients
- Assisting consultants and managing vacancies
- Ordering stationary and office suppliers
- General administration duties
Previous experience in an administration role is essential, knowledge of working within a recruitment or a sales environment is also required. The right candidate will be able to work in a team and have good communication skills as well as attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills. Strong organisational and time management skills are also required and you must be IT Literate. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to began their career within Recruitment and train to be a successful Recruitment Consultant.
