SRS Value Bazaar, a multi-brand retail store chain and part of Indian conglomerate SRS Group, has opened its first shop in the city of Faridabad, Haryana.
The 5,500ft? new store is located at the Crown Plaza Mall, according to indiaretailing.com.
The Value Bazaar shop offers products such as food, groceries, fruits, vegetables, health and beauty products, FMCG items, imported products, personal care, home care, and confectionery.
SRS has presence in retail, multiplexes, food and beverages, apparel, jewelry, real estate and township development sectors.
The company plans open 20 more retail outlets in 2012 in Indian cities such as Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Ludhiana, Jaipur, Patiala and Indore.
The group has SRS Cinemas, SRS Fashion Wear, SRS 7dayz and SRS Jewells in its portfolio.
